Prospective Correspondents
- Prospective correspondents must first be accepted to participate in a UNC-led study abroad program.
- Correspondents for language courses should have successfully completed at least through level 204 (fourth semester), or the equivalent, of the language that they will be studying while abroad to be eligible to serve as a correspondent in a third- or fourth-semester language course.
- For more advanced courses such as conversation and culture, they must have completed successfully at least through the same level as the class with which they will work (for example, a correspondent in Montpellier working with a FREN 255 class must have previously completed that class).
